1. Individual customers and juristic person customers can apply for KKP Biz e-Banking services.
2. The Applicant must have a savings account or Current Account maintained with Kiatnakin Bank.
   

 For Juristic Persons Registered in Thailand

• In case where the authorized person(s) under the affidavit sign the documents

1. A copy of the affidavit/certificate of a juristic person issued by the office of the Central Company and Partnership Registration not longer than 1 month (only the page showing list of directors or managing partner) with a juristic person’s seal affixed (if any) and certified true copy by the authorized person(s).
2. A copy of resolution of the meeting of board of directors or shareholders authorizing the entity to use the service with Kiatnakin Bank
3. A copy of the identification card or passport of each of the authorized person(s) specified in the affidavit of a juristic person and certified true copy by such authorized person(s)
4. A copy of the juristic person’s passbook or checkbook maintained with  Kiatnakin Bank showing the bank account number and certified true copy by the authorized person(s) (for money transfer transaction) (for Financial transaction: CIB).
5. A copy of the articles of association with a juristic person’s seal affixed (if any) and certified true copy by the authorized person(s)
   

• In case where the authorized person(s) under the affidavit authorizes the other person(s) to sign the documents on behalf of the juristic person; Additional required documents as follows:

A power of attorney authorizing such person to sign any documents on behalf of the juristic person to apply for KKP Biz e-Banking (according to the conditions specified by the resolution of the meeting of board of directors or shareholders) with a juristic person’s seal affixed (if any) and certified true copy by the authorized person(s)
8. A copy of identification card or passport of the grantor and grantee which is certified true copies by the relevant identification card / passport holder

For Individual

1. A copy of the individual’s identification card or passport and certified true copy by the individual.
2. A copy of the commercial registration certificate and certified true copy by the individual.
3. A copy of the individual passbook or checkbook maintained with Kiatnakin Bank showing the bank account number and certified true copy by the individual (for money transfer transaction) (for Financial transaction: CIB).
